Create-a-Blind

Poker blinds schedule Open these Adobe pdf files and type in your own blinds schedule, payout percentage, starting chips, and poker chip colors and values. Print this customizable poker tournament blinds schedule on your color ink-jet or laser printer and hang it on the wall in sight of your poker table. No more "What's the green chips worth?" or "What's the next blinds level?" questions!

You can customize the poster by replacing the Hand Rank chart with your own name and up to ten lines of personalized information. The schedule on the right is the same blank schedule, but with personalized data entered into it. You can include the buyin, date, address, and other information that your players might need to know. You can even use this blinds schedule as a 'flyer' to send to your players to announce your tournament!

Poker blinds schedule You may enter any blinds schedule that you would like to use. Fifteen levels of blinds can be entered, and will be shown. Leave the bottom levels blank (or place other information there) if you do not need to use all the levels for your blinds schedule. You can enter your payout percentages or amounts, starting poker chip distribution, and your poker chip colors and denominations.

After you have completed the blinds schedule, immediately print multiple copies. You cannot save this completed blinds schedule for later use, unless you have Adobe Acrobat (not the Reader, the full version) installed on your computer. This means that you must enter all your data (blinds, payout, chip values, etc.) and then print it immediately. You can save the blank file to your computer but no blinds or other data will be saved in the file. You must type in new data each time that you open the file. (See below for a work-around on how to save and email this blinds schedule)

How to Save or Email the Create-a-Blind Schedules

These are work-arounds to save, print, or email your personalized blinds schedule. The instructions may seem a little difficult, but once you get the hang of it ... you can create a blinds schedule and email invitations to all your players within a couple minutes!

Using PDF

Win2PDF is a free program that installs as a printer on your Windows computer and allows you to print anything to it and the result is an Adobe pdf file. The pdf file that is created may be saved,  printed, or emailed at a later date.

Using MSPaint

  1. Make sure your blinds schedule is centered and completely visible on your computer screen.
  2. Press <PrtScn> to create a screenshot.
  3. Open MS Paint (included with all Windows computer systems).
  4. Press <Ctrl+V> to paste your screenshot into MS Paint.
  5. We will now 'crop' the image to make it smaller and remove the unneeded information. Click on the 'Select' icon (it looks like a rectangle). Click on the top left corner of the blinds schedule and, holding down the left mouse button, drag the selection to the bottom right corner of the blinds schedule. Your blinds schedule should now be framed by a box of dashes.
  6. Press <Ctrl+C> to copy the selection.
  7. Press <Ctrl+N> to open a new MS Paint file. (Select 'No' to save changes)
  8. Press <Ctrl+V> to paste your selection into the new file.
  9. Press <Ctrl+S> and 'Save as type : JPEG'. Click on <Save> and enter a name for your saved file.
  10. Press <Ctrl+P> if you want to print the image.
  11. To email the image, click on File|Send. The image will be sent as an email attachment. It will be in JPEG format and can be opened and printed on almost any computer. Hint: Place all your invited poker players into one email 'group' so that you can send out all the invitations with one email message.

No. The red icons that allow you to change chip colors will not be printed.

Can I travel with your Create-a-Blind schedules?

Each Create-a-Blind is about 250kb in size meaning that you fit about four schedules on one floppy disk. You can create a blinds schedule in a couple minutes and then print it out on a color computer printer. These Adobe Acrobat files will open on almost any computer (Windows, Mac, Unix) that has the free Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.

Does HomePokerTourney still make customized blinds schedules?

I have made numerous personalized blinds schedules available on my Blinds Posters page. With the introduction of the Create-a-Blind schedules - there is no longer a need for HomePokerTourney to create personalized schedules, you can now customize them on your own! I will consider special requests to make customized blinds schedules, especially for charity events, but in general, I will not make any more customized blinds schedules available.

Will you make more Create-a-Blinds available?

Yes. The WSOP and Heads-up schedules will soon be made available in Create-a-Blind format.

Why do you make these Create-a-Blinds available for download?

Purely out of love for you, my fellow poker players! The HomePokerTourney advertising at the bottom of the page is meaningless, it is there because I had extra space to cover. Please do not remove it! Please speak highly of my website when your invited guests ask you where you got those nifty poker tournament blinds schedules!

What is the Adobe Reader?

The Adobe Acrobat Reader is free software that allows documents to be printed on many different types of computer systems (Windows, Mac, Linux). The documents will print exactly the same no matter what computer system and printer you use. The Adobe Reader has become the de-facto standard for printing and sharing documents and should already be installed on your computer. There is no spyware included with the free Abode Reader.

Adobe download image These blinds posters are in Adobe PDF format. They may be viewed, saved, shared or printed using the free Adobe Reader version 7 or higher. The Adobe Reader should already be installed on your computer but you can download it for free if you must. If these documents do not open properly on your computer, it is because you are using an outdated version fo the Adobe Reader.
